Order Deadline: Saturday March 27, 2010
Make checks out to Ed Krieger

Note that any photos you order will be color corrected, cropped and retouched. Any imperfections showing on the proofs (backdrop in photo, marks/smudges, etc.) will be fixed before the photos are printed. All orders must be in by Saturday March 27, 2010. Checks should be made payable to Ed Krieger.

How to order:

  1. Download the CVGC Photo Order Form.
  2. Print out a copy and fill in the appropriate fields, or type directly on the PDF document and print out the completed form. You must select a package for each image you purchase. Be sure to include the complete filename of each image you order. Please see the following examples:





  3. Calculate the grand total and write it in the box marked "Grand Total"
  4. Turn in the form along with the correct payment at the main desk of the Crescenta Valley Gymnastics Club, or mail directly to the address at the top of the order form.
